For those who do not yet know me or my story (we all have them), I have lived in Murfreesboro since 2005 and I am married with 2 gorgeous daughters. I spent my childhood growing up on the South Shore of Long Island, NY. I joined the Army and spent a few years traveling Europe, afterwards becoming an avid SCUBA diver (PADI) working dive boats as a Rescue Diver/Divemaster off Long Island. I also spent 13 years in Southern California working as a United States Border Patrol Agent. I have a B.A. in Labor Studies and an M.A. in Legal and Ethical Studies and currently hold the position of Supervisory Employee and Labor Relations consultant with the U.S. Government. I have published written works on border security and unionism and have appeared in documentaries and major news programs.
I am a part-time professional portrait photographer conducting location based client sessions primarily on week-ends. Photography for me started in High School. In the late 90’s, I found myself doing editorial photography along the badlands of the southwestern border with Mexico; effectively launching my photography and graphic design career. After moving to Murfreesboro in 2005, I began photographing clients and doing pro-bono work for local youth sports. I specialize in portrait photography. Few other areas are as infinite as human expression and form, drawing attention and fascination. I rely on a relaxed photojournalistic approach in portraiture; integrating off camera lighting to bring out detail and separation. Though I specialize in portraiture, I shoot a wide variety of interests including boudoir, engagement, family, real-estate, editorial, and documentary photography. My shooting style is relaxed, casual, confidential, and client centric.
